This policy explains how NorthTap, a brand of TNA Ventures Inc. ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through northtap.ca.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you enter: for example your name, business name, email, phone number, city, website and message. We also record basic details about how you arrived at the form, like the page you started on and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), so we know which of our efforts are working.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a growth audit or quote you asked for, and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your personal information.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions for us. Our email runs on Google Workspace. These providers may store data outside Canada.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether forms are submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@northtap.ca.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records.
