Do customers need an app?
No. The review page opens in the phone's browser.
How does NFC work?
NFC lets a phone read a small chip when it's held close. Most recent iPhone and Android phones support it.
What if a phone doesn't support NFC?
Every product has a QR code that any phone camera can scan.
Can NorthTap work with my existing Google Business Profile?
Yes. We use the review link from your existing profile.
Can you build a new website or redesign my current one?

You send us your business details. A person reviews your website, Google presence and review process, then emails you with what they found.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. We focus on improvements you control, like your website, your profile and your review process.
Do you guarantee 5-star reviews?
No. We make it easier for customers to leave a review. Customers always decide whether to leave one and what to say, and we never filter or incentivize reviews.
